Mick Ronson really was one of the greats...all of us here know the depth of his musical skills and talent, so no need to even mention. I like to think I know a little about what makes a special guitar player, after being 'hooked' on guitar players for over 50 years, and playing myself for almost as long, and Mick Ronson was really something exceptional, on many levels, and certainly in my top 5 players. I think about him often and still play his music, in it's various guises, regularly.
It's an interview that's definitely worth watching, Alec.
I'll add the full interview below..and it's really quite sad knowing Mick was not far from the end here, but he retains his composure and as always is the gentleman, forgiving of any 'silly' questions, gentle, respectful and humble, such a nice man.
