Some images autogenerated by a computer program following somebody's instruction of "a detailed beautiful portrait of a neuromancer character with vr glasses by Josan Gonzalez" (Originally seen on Twitter):
Maybe, I’m a bit late with the reply, but this post caught my eye as those A.I.-generated art pieces are amazing! It's incredible how technology can create such detailed and beautiful images. It's fascinating to see how far A.I. has come in terms of creativity and artistry.

I really love the portrait of the neuromancer character with VR glasses - it looks so cool! Thanks for sharing these images, it's really cool to see how far we've come in terms of A.I. and art.
As well the DALL·E mini & Gigapixel AI (for 'face recovery' image upscaling) and various other software available for free (or relatively little cost) to us schmucks who don't have Elon Musk's funds, there's also Dreamscope, which has been around for some time, with fairly modest functions (by AI standards) - combining images in interesting ways, like the photo-editing programs that have Van Gogh, etc, filters - but a bit better.
Three quick examples using three different Kandinsky paintings:
Yes, I think that's one of the main complaints with the online DALL·E mini (which has now been rebranded as 'Craiyon') - tends to mangle faces, so that they look like inferior Francis Bacon paintings. The images I posted above were taken from Twitter - the poster didn't say what software produced them, but it looks something a bit better than DALL·E mini/Craiyon. Perhaps early experiments with the new version that Steve linked to (DALL·E 2)?
I tried using exactly the same prompt (used by the above Twitter poster for the above images) in DALL·E mini, and it came up with the following somewhat inferior images. (I notice that the AI seems to have a thing for large breasts!).
Exciting and scary in that the aesthetic emphases have shifted in the heads on display here as if the old coordinates that have been with us for centuries are shifting slightly in a more noticeable way.
It's all interestingly unflattering in a similar way that some of John Foxx's collages are. Hope he's checking in with these developments. Dystopian is the word people say so often. I think he was on the dystopian tip from the '70s onward.
The program called DALL·E 2 (openai.com) is in an early beta testing and can produce some interesting results .... the model they are using of buying "credits" is odd ... it will be interesting to see where its goes :)
