One of my all time heroes. I first heard Wes back in the early 1960s when I was in my early teens. I bought a couple of his albums and loved his playing and tone. In the clip Alec provided a link to, it's the great, (late,) Stan Tracy on piano. I saw Stan play in York Minster, shortly before he died. He was playing with a big band performing Duke Ellingron's sacred music suite. (I think I wrote about it in one of my older diary entries.)
Here's another clip of Wes playing the tune 'Round Midnight.'
As Arthur Lee [Love] sang it in 1964, 'I've got to try ... ye-ah ... I've got to try ... try' ...

That's the best rendition of 'Round Midnight ever, When I first heard this I knew I had to learn to play jazz guitar. Still trying of course!
