Three of the issued BBD boxsets include OGWT footage, labelled as "copyright BBC Worldwide, under exclusive licence to Cherry Red". And the forthcoming Drastic Plastic set includes the "Sight & Sound In Concert" show.
So, knowing no more than that, and vaguely remembering that Cherry Red have plans to reissue the Red Noise recordings, I would say that there is hope!

(and pay the £££).
Bill did have a copy that was played at Nelsonicas but then somebody
"borrowed" the DVD (& presumably made a copy).🙄
DVD was eventually returned by anonymous means ...
