I would imagine you've most probably seen this image before, and that even if you haven't, my question is a bit of a long shot...I stumbled on this old photograph tonight, which was taken outside the Regal in Wakefield, in 1958.
You would be around 10 years old Bill and just out of curiosity, I thought to myself, I wonder if Bill recognises any of the kids proudly displaying their pets, in what looks like some kind of 'best-dog' competition?...Or even the adults/parents, or a couple of the staff you can see in the foyer.
Nice photo of bygone times, nonetheless.
May as well include this one as well, which dates to 'sometime in the 1950's.'
