Just posted a new journal entry. It reveals the latest state of play with my new software-based recording system. A state of exultation and apprehension...Four photographs of the new kit 'in situ'.
Bill lots of useful Info about Mac Access ability on their website, including how to enlarge portions of the screen by up to 20 times & how to use the virtual magnifying glass, lots more too :-)
If I remember correctly - always a challenge - Whimsy was such a trial set of recordings that got packaged together and put out - announcing the digital age. I liked it - and still do. It lead to bigger and better things. Your best is still in front of you (in tiny font).
Actually, we've already got the Mac set to it's largest size screen image, but a lot of the smaller text, despite the enlargement, is still beyond the reach of my severely impaired eyesight. It's a real challenge, especially without the physical familiarity of my old mixing desk when there was far less reliance on screen clicks and so on. But, hopefully, it will become a bit easier, once I get to feel more familiar with the layout and the way it all works.
Alright, Bill. Glad it’s working and hope you start having fun with Cubase. Maybe look for a feature that can maximize the screen on the program or computer itself. Looking forward.
