In case you hadn't noticed, my latest Christmas video is now available over in Dreamsville's 'Essoldo Cinema'. It includes a brand new piece of music recorded on my recently acquired Cubase recording software. The piece is unmastered, so lacks John Spence's mastering magic, but doesn't sound too bad considering that both music and video were hastily put together.
Also re-released today as a Bandcamp digital download, is my 'Clocks And Dials' double album, originally released in 2008 but out of print for quite a while. This is a gargantuan album containing nearly 40 tracks and will make a great Christmas gift and listening experience for those of you who haven't been able to get the earlier CD release. Check out the samples on Bandcamp!
Beautiful music, images and photographic technique as well. In the Be-Bop Deluxe footage from France, Bill, you had great film camera technique then and there, too. I bring that up because I believe I'm possibly starting to recognise aspects of your film style or at least maybe I'm beginning to recognise certain types of things you linger on, zoom in on and cut away from. Always a steady hand.
