In case you hadn't noticed, my latest Christmas video is now available over in Dreamsville's 'Essoldo Cinema'. It includes a brand new piece of music recorded on my recently acquired Cubase recording software. The piece is unmastered, so lacks John Spence's mastering magic, but doesn't sound too bad considering that both music and video were hastily put together.
Also re-released today as a Bandcamp digital download, is my 'Clocks And Dials' double album, originally released in 2008 but out of print for quite a while. This is a gargantuan album containing nearly 40 tracks and will make a great Christmas gift and listening experience for those of you who haven't been able to get the earlier CD release. Check out the samples on Bandcamp!
The Bill Nelson Christmas Album available on CD, Bandcamp and 'candy-cane' vinyl ...
Thanks for the wonderful Christmas video and music, Bill. Always puts me in the right spirit for the holiday! We're all concerned about your Mum too - please keep us updated on her rehabilitation. All the best to you, Emiko, and Django for a Happy Christmas.

We always wait until Christmas day to watch Bill's Christmas video...it's like opening another surprise pressie and has definitely become part of the festivities, 'opening it', watching it and enjoying it together..😊
I've just been enjoying the Christmas Card Video for 2019. Thanks, Bill! The new recording technology you have been doing battle with sounds as if it is succumbing to your charms. Lovely music.
I've dropped an mp3 copy of the music into a folder alongside all those from 2007-2018, so we've just reached 13 Christmas pieces with a combined duration of around 46 minutes. Perhaps 2020 would be a good year to put out a 14-track 50-minute Christmas album! I'd certainly buy it.
Beautiful music, images and photographic technique as well. In the Be-Bop Deluxe footage from France, Bill, you had great film camera technique then and there, too. I bring that up because I believe I'm possibly starting to recognise aspects of your film style or at least maybe I'm beginning to recognise certain types of things you linger on, zoom in on and cut away from. Always a steady hand.
