Difference between [2019 Remaster] and [2019 Stereo Mix] ?

So I just ordered Modern Music: Expanded & Remastered Edition (2-disc set). Since then I found the entire Deluxe Edition is on Google Play Music, which I have, so I am really enjoying the revisit to this sweetest of albums. But that's cool, I eagerly await the CD, there's something nice about having a physical disc at a budget price to just stick in the car CD player and not fuss with digital device-isms.

ANYWAY - Can you explain the exact differences between the versions [2019 Remaster] and [2019 Stereo Mix]? My ears may not be trained enough to recognize the difference without a little education.

This reinvigorated version of the album possesses a clearer sound with a fuller bottom-end; in contrast, the only way to describe the original mix is woolly in comparison. To say it would be the difference between eating chalk and cheese wouldn’t be far off the mark. The new mix has added a speed to the tracks and as a result, listening through headphones is a far more pleasurable experience.

@Bill Nelson Thanks, Bill! Well, I always thought that the original of this sounded fine. BUT, having recently listened to the 2019 Stereo remix on an auto drive I must say I LOVE IT! I concur with the reviews that while not changing the essential feel in any way of the tracks, the sound is SPECTACULAR, and only enhances the impression. I can only think the effect will be to open this brilliant, beautiful and genius record up to new audiences and the far future as it should be. Great for you commercially, but even more important, bringing this amazing, passionate and enrapturing experience to more people than ever before, for their and the world's enrichment.
