Sorry if this has been asked before. It's probably a big question, so apologies for that, but I'm wondering what synths Bill has used. If anyone else can also answer this, feel free to.
Would like to know since I love the sounds on Bill's 80s albums.

Bill also used a T3/M1 maybe, or a Wavestation or Kurzweil Synth back in the early 90's on the esteemed album Luminous and possibly When the Satellite sings, Bill Also used a SK20, TR808, and maybe some early digital stuff in the early 80´s as noted by some magazines from the recording sessions.
I also used a Yamaha DX 7, a Mini Moog and a couple of CASIO synths, including the little Casiotones.
But what I find disappointing these days is that most synth keyboards strive to reproduce sounds of the past. It's just as boring as certain guitarists who seemed locked into guitar sounds and gear from the '70s, you know, that tired old 'analogue vs digital' debate, Les Paul's through Marshall stacks, and all the rest. Personally, I long for new sounds, new styles, a fresh take on things, rather than stale re-hashes of past glories. These things are ok when put into new contexts, alongside new sounds, but otherwise I'm not particularly excited by them.😉
Bill mentions his use of synths and more. "I soon added other synths, including a Solina String Machine and a Yamaha CS70M. I also was an early adopter of drum machine technology and synth-guitars. (I had one of the first Hagstrom Patch 2000 synth-guitars which I used on the 'Drastic Plastic' album.)"
