I attended one of the Leeds Warehouse performances.
Embarrassingly, my friend Craig tells me we attended the Manchester Poly concert, but I honestly have no clear recollection of it. I was doing my degree in Manchester at the time, and the University and Poly student unions and the Factory/Russell club had endless streams of bands most nights. It was a great time for live music, but sometimes too many pints of cheap and rubbish lager in plastic pint glasses left me with vague memories. Unlike the bigger venues, where you could keep the ticket stub, the smaller venues just had simpler one-piece tickets that you had to handover on entry. The ticket stubs are one way for me to remember those performances. Luckily, I have better, sober, and multiple memories of Bill at the Clothworker's.
