Interesting to see that of of the 'song titles'...the line 'Spirit Girls' appears in the song, Terminal Street. Interesting to see how the artistic mind works. I'll have to get a note book too so that I can do the same. Cheers.
Early in the documentary there is what looks like a set / play list and a number of the songs listed don't ring any bells. Are there any recorded versions of them.
Also, any chance of ever hearing the demos that you did for the band?
Well, I must agree with you (Peter?) After all, there is a precedent for this ...namely the CD...'Stereotype' that was a collection of pre-Be Bop Deluxe recordings from Holyground Studio. These could be an interesting listen, if you still have those old cassette tapes and if are willing to let them see the light of day again.
Thank you for posting the link. I was lucky enough to see BBD right as they released Drastic Plastic and toured the US. I believe it was 1 April 1978, a very warm day, in NYC. My collection of BBD CDs were lost in divorce court so it gives me great pleasure to share this picture of the set of BBD CDs from 1990, that spelled out the band name, which I recently put together from sellers across Europe.

An excellent insight to how you put it all together. Something I'm sure to watch quite a few times. Great.
Excellent documentary. :)
You can play those songs today and they still sound fresh. Truly way ahead of the times Bill. And you are still way ahaed.
That was great! Thanks, Bill.

Now that was fabulous 👍
Very much enjoyed that!
Great interview ! Sorry Bill, but must dust off some Be Bop Deluxe today.
Oh hell yeah!
A bit late, but never mind 😁
