hotbrookes, please refer to the link below, the 'Remember your first Be-Bop gig?' thread, made on this forum a short while ago, which (eventually) deals with that very same question....I think I started the ball rolling on this subject, with a comment made on Sept 1st, so look for that and you will probably have to look for, and select, the 'Load more replies' option, to read all the comments from bopcat, Zebrapolish and myself....Zebrapolish also posted a link there, which will take you to the old forum, to a thread from 2005, which deals with the very same subject again (in more detail)
wow now that’s a new one for me .... thanks Gary ... there was a performance on Yorkshire Tv in 1976 the night before Be bop played at the Grand theatre where they played “Adventures in a Yorkshire landscape” and l believe “lights” l watched when it aired and never seen since ....
Nice find Gary......I'm pretty sure I saw it when it first aired on So It Goes....and I think it was probably on YouTube a number of years ago and got taken down..seem to remember seeing it...Anyway nice to see it back up, great performance..
