Hey Bill,
I’ve just seen your earlier posting under ‘Track of the day’ and your comments regarding the above recordings; do these photos stir the memory?
And could this be the lounge where a certain young lady squeezed your hand and said about the rainy weather ‘it couldn’t be better’?
"It rained all day across the world, and turned the dark trees deeper green..."
There are some more photo’s here Bill, which may or may not help to clarify whether it’s the same house:-

The property I found from a quick lookup of ‘West Acre’ in Kirk Ella came up with that one – which was / possibly still is up for sale for a cool £1,150,000.
I thought it fairly unlikely that 2 houses in the same village would have the same name, but not impossible I guess. This one is in West Ella Road and not Riplingham Road; so I may have put 2 & 2 together to make 5 - quite a coincidence though!
I'm not sure. The first photo' you've posted looks a little similar to the rear of the house but the second photo' doesn't ring any bells at all. The lounge was a little bit like the one in photo' three but, again, I'm not completely sure. 'West Acre' was situated in Riplingham Road, Kirkella and the front of the house is very close to the edge of Riplinham Road and had it's front door more in the centre of the building.
I've just looked at it on Goggle Maps and the house doesn't appear to have changed much from the early '70s. It certainly doesn't look like the first photo'. If that photo is meant to be the front of West Acre, then it must have's been dramatically altered. Kirkella is close to Willerby and Fairview studio so I sometimes drive down Riplingham Road and pass it when I've been transferring album tracks to Fairview for mastering and the last time I saw the house, it hadn't changed. The image on Google may be out of date, of course, which would mean that the house had been completely reshaped, but it would be a massive job to re-jig the property to resemble photo' 1.
