As I get older I find myself creating list after list. Can anyone help please with one such list? I want to create a list of all the gigs I've ever been to. I can work out most of the content, but I need conformation of some of Bill's events. Does anyone have a complete listing of all Bill's gigs?
Thank you in anticipation. It's amazing some of the lists I'm compiling. Is anyone else suffering from such a condition?
i remember with good reason accumulating after 1000 hours of labour of love!!
an attempt at a concise Be Bop Deluxe gig history covering the whole 72-78
history
there was positive interjection from the citizen possibly with good reason , that there would never be a definitive be bop gigography, however i noticed someone copy and pasted my work in progress on Dreamsville, and uploaded the unfinished work in progress to a gig site a complete naff and undignified actoid as it was going to be part of someones book
I was mortified when in 1973 my mother washed my Levi’s with my ticket for King Crimson in the pocket. This was after the gig fortunately but a reconstruction was made and it’s in the Starless Boxset! I wish I had made such lists as only since retaining tickets is the memory enabled more easily. I still have browning music paper clippings stashed…nice…but I haven’t succumbed to an anorak yet.
I kept a notebook listing every gig I attended from the mid 70’s through to the late 80’s which was quite often two a week. Sadly it got lost during a house move so now I rely on an increasingly vague memory! I presume you are aware of set list.fm which is a good resource?
