The stream-of-consciousness-type text/blurb on the Doncaster flier is directly taken from the band promo leaflet which appears in a photo on page 8 of the 'A Bill Nelson Miscellany' thread on this forum.
I wonder whether its weird but intriguing style persuaded some to come along and have a listen. It certainly makes BBD sound a bit more ambitious than the rest of the Doncaster line-up!
@Perfect Monster I did write that description/blurb myself. I took on the role of publicist, conceptualist and stylist for the band, as well as being the songwriter and front man. Where the heck did I get the energy from, especially when I was holding a day job down at the same time? Ah, the mad passion of youth!😉😄
